We are pleased to confirm our understanding of the services we are to provide, and the scope and limitations thereof.  By registering to use the Wolcott & Associates, PA, ("W&A") Per Diem Calculator© and the Business Expense Calculator© ("Software"), whether such registration of free or upon compensation to W&A, the registrant ("User") agrees that the use of the software is at User's risk.   The User is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the data entry, and the accuracy of the final information used for entry into User's annual income tax return, or for any other purpose.

Be aware that the information provided through the use of the Software is your information.  You are responsible for any unpaid taxes, interest, or penalties that result from the use of the Software.  In the event that the IRS or state tax auditors audit your tax return, we will be available to answer any questions they have regarding the Software.  Fees paid for the use of the Software do not cover professional fees to represent you before such auditors.  You are responsible to maintain tax related records in the event of audit, and we recommend you retain your records for a minimum of five (5) years.  W&A reserves the right to revise or withdraw the Software at any time.
