Access to the website & services will be granted immediately upon acceptance and authorization of the customer's credit card. Such access is electronically granted, without intervention by Aviation CPAs personnel.
In the event the customer is unhappy with the services provided, they may cancel at anytime during the service period. If cancelled within 60 days of sign-up, a 100% refund will be issued within 2 business days after the receipt of the cancellation request. Cancellation may be made by regular mail, email, or by telephone.

Acquisition of Information. We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.

We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
